Room was clean cleaning staff were attentive of our needs since we didn’t want to be disturbed any of the days we were there when they saw us going out while they cleaned other rooms they would give us the good morning and ask if we needed anything and of course coffee envelopes and water very nice and curtiese

I have stayed here many times and it was always pleasant. Seems a little run down compared to my previous visits. One elevator wasn’t working, had to walk back to the lobby because my door didn’t open. BUT MOST OF ALL was the condition of the towels and bedding. Just didn’t look clean. After a long drive, I was ready for a cocktail but the bar was not open.

The room they assigned me, was occupied by another guests, we let know one of their staff members, she notified the front desk of the situation and instead of them send someone of them to get us a new door key for another room, they meda us go all the way down to the lobby with all of our luggage and get other room key.
