I called to request a late check in and was told it wasn't an issue. My party of 4 arrived at almost 3 am, to discover a few questionable people wandering around the property. It is very dark there, right next to a truck rest stop. The pool is empty and covered over, with paint cans lying around it. I pulled the blankets down in our first room, there was hair between the sheets, no microwave, a warm fridge, the adjoining door had a broken lock, and the bathroom floor had bits of toilet paper and filth. The shower had hair and dirt in it, the two towels were very small and threadbare, and there was rodent urine on the floor near the bed. I requested a clean room, so we moved our things, and again upon pulling the blanket down, there was hair, with the addition of cigarette burns through the sheets and bed, as well as inside the refrigerator. The front qindow was severely cracked.We took our things to the car as I refused to stay in such an unclean and dangerous place, requested a full refund and booked a different hotel. He tried to charge me for one night, even though we were only at the property for 25 minutes. I refused and have contacted my bank for resolution. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
