Fabulous boutique hotel
This hotel is beautiful! I stayed in the king bed suite. The suite was large and comfortable. The room was well air conditioned. The service was excellent. The licatiing is very convenient for walking around the city and seeing the sights. I higjly recommend the Kuxtal Hotel.

Sólo me hospedé una noche y era día festivo por lo que no había personal presente, excepto cuando me recibieron. Todo fue muy buena experiencia, el hotel es pequeño, bien ubicado en el centro, limpio, de buen gusto y la habitación de buen tamaño, limpia, renovada o bien cuidada, el baño impecable. La gerente, Ximena Acosta, aunque no la conocí personalmente y sólo por chat, muy atenta a mis necesidades y con un trato cordial. Definitivamente si regresaré a hospedarme nuevamente en el hotel Kuxtal.

Una joya en el centro de Mérida
Este hotel es pequeño, pero es sumamente comodo y lindo. Es muy comfortable y la gente del lugar te hace sentir realmente acogido. Desde que llegas te reciben con una gran actitud de servicio. Ya dentro, las habitaciones estan llenas de lindos detalles y organización enfocadas en los huespedes, detalles que realmente marcan diferencia. Sin duda regresamos. La relación precio calidad es excelente.

Muy recomendado, bonito, limpio y comodo!
Lo recomiendo ampliamente, tiene buen servicio y atención, la habitación Agua en la que me quede es bastante amplia, muy cómoda y limpia, me agrado que de cortesía me dejaron algunas bebidas en el frigobar, es un hotel pequeño y eso lo hace acogedor, si vas en plan de pareja esta mas que excelente, su ubicacion es perfecta sinceramente puedes vicitar el centro caminando sin ningun problema, el unico detalle es que el internet puede presentar algunas inconsistencias si vas en plan de trabajo, pero en realidad nada que no se pueda tolerar.
