Don't even waste your time and money in this terrible place.
We paid for the king bedroom and what we received is only disappointment!!
Dirty rooms full of mold, a nasty bathroom mirror, and guess what, we had to ask for towels since there are NO towels, neither a blanket in the room! You can see all the evidence attached to this review!
First, they gave us a room on the ground floor facing the main street. The windows are not sealed, and it feels like we are sleeping on the main street! THE ROOM HAD ONLY ONE OUTLET. since my husband is using a medical device to sleep, we did not have an option to charge our phones!
After we complained, they changed our room to a second one that I wish was better, but this goes even worse.
Today (the second day of our stay in this hotel in the second room), the AC in the room makes a TERRIFIYING noise and is leaking terribly, which damaged our clothes that were under it.
We asked to talk to the manager, and they told us they DON'T HAVE THE MANAGER'S NUMBER NEITHER THEY KNOW WHEN HE IS COMING BACK (A pure insult)!
They are doing absolutely nothing to help or reimburse our loss, and they are literally saying this is our problem!
They are only willing to downgrade our room to a DOUBLE BED WITH NO absolute reimbursement!
