The restaurant was wonderful. The property was beautiful but some of the villas need upkeep...Mirrors, refrigerator, toilet issues... Beautiful setting...quiet and restful.

Beautiful spot
The place was beautiful, the staff were really great. Fewer amenities than expected (they have a store where they sell most things). There's no phone in the room, but they will deliver to the room if you have a phone to call the restaurant. The pools are cold. Google maps are very off in this area, and finding the hotel was quite difficult - if you're driving make sure you know how to get there, especially if you're driving at night.

So fabulous! Our room was so nice with a beautiful view! It was enormous as well! Great place to stay and stock up on groceries because the kitchen is ideal! It also has a nice pool area and the servers are all so sweet ! Front desk always ready to help! Come visit you won’t forget it!

So very clean. Everyone very polite and courteous. Clean clean clean! Best food anywhere, EVER! Only thing i didn't like, should have 2 coffee pods per guest in room every morning.

Worst service. There easnt any hot water. Maintenance didnt know what to do, we fix it by ourselves. They dont have any transportation service (Taxi) and you are in the middle of knowhere.

This is a newer facility which is located next to a Laguna. If you like fishing it is a place for you. If you want to just escape the hustle and bustle it is perfect. Merida is only about an hour away. The staff was amazing. Each day we got free breakfast, anything from their menu. We had 2 patios and hammocks.

Carencias en el hotel
Tengo una observación muy importante. Se menciona tener Club de Playa, pero no hay tal cosa. En mi estancia me transportaron a una playita, con 5 camastros, no hay palapa, sombrilla ni ningún servicio. Realmente eso fue frustante. Esa playa sin ningún mantenimiento. Otro problema fue no tener agua en la habitación una tarde. Tardaron más de una hora en arreglar. La mañana siguiente sin agua caliente. Tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fría. Nada agradable porque el clima estaba muy fresco por un frente frío. Es un hotel hermoso y cómodo. Pero hay estos detalles que incomodan mucho al huésped y te sientes un tanto defraudado.
