Older hotel. Sections of the lobby area were closed due to water coming in from rain. Walls in the room had dust on them. Can tell they haven’t wiped down the walls in a long time.

Memphis isnt a really safe place but this hotel was in a great location with plenty of law enforcement around. The staff was friendly and helpfull.

This Holiday Inn serves as part of the hospitality department at University of Memphis. The service was impeccable. I met many kind and professional staff. The building is on the older side, but everything was very clean and the bed was well made. I was able to sleep for nine hours (really needed that)! Would highly recommend. A bargain for the cost!
