The front of the hotel was torn down. The walls and floors were filthy! Absolutely would NOT recommend staying here. Misleading pictures and bad staffing.

The property was ok, but needed a lot of work. I went to the lobby area bathroom and there was no toilet paper, no handsoap, no towels to dry off your hands. There was a lot of Marijuana smell in the vents, and no air-conditioning in the lobby. Honesty it needs to ne completely closed and flipped, the health department would definitely close the place if they were notified.

My stay was great with one exceptional...I used the restroom in the lobby and it had no toilet paper, no handsoap, or hand towels...thats disgusting. Take some pride in your jobs 11pm to 7am shift, tyey dont pay attention to the breakfast area which is out of coffee usually at 7:15, sometimes it was out milk and juice too

The hotel is falling apart. No ac in halls. No restaurant and no ice machine. The front of the building is falling down and you have to use a side entrance. The luggage cart is falling apart.

Worst place I ever stayed
I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. It is in complete disrepair. There were even holes in the sheets. The front of the hotel is literally falling down. The lobby was dark and dreary. People were sitting outside at the front of the hotel. They appeared to be homeless people but they later appeared to be working there. The Libby was very dark and dreary.

The elevator didnt work, they had roaches, min fridge didn't work, toilet needs to be upgraded the whole motel needs to be shut down it shouldnt even be on expedia site that place was nasty and i think ppl live there on a daily basis !!!

When we checked in, we went to the room and opened the door only to be greeted by black mold all over the place. The bathroom ceiling was basically falling down from the black mold, it was black mold on the lamp shades. The walls in the room were sprayed with who knows what, and it looked like people have been wiping their snot all over the walls. Worse yet was the fact that there was cockroaches all over the place. We went back out to ask for a different room, and the only thing better about it was the fact that it didn't look like there was not on the walls, but there was more cockroaches and again the black mold that was actually taking place and ready to knock down the bathroom walls. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The first room I was in, I had to move out of because I woke up to a cockroach crawling across the bed. The room they transferred me to after that smelled weird and there was a hole where the bathroom sink was supposed to be. I have pictures of both. The morning of checkout, someone banged on my door at 7am to tell me to get my stuff out of the first room I was in which confused me because I know I didn’t leave anything there. When I went to the room, it was someone else’s stuff! Also, as I was approaching the front desk to checkout at 11, I was accosted by 2 housekeepers who viciously needed to know if I was checking out. They asked many times. After my first answer of yes, I had to start walking fast because I was uncomfortable.
