I would actually like to give this place a 0 stars rating due to quality of the room. That were not even close to matching the photos. There was pubic hair all over the bathroom, here was a public hair filled wash cloth hanging in the bathroom, pubic hair wash towel in the sink area, the toilet leaked everywhere, there was mold on the caulking around the bottom of the toilet and it was peeling completely away. We are a large family so it was almost impossible to find another place so we limited our time in the place, and we left by 6A to void being in the filth. We did not let the kids walk without shoes on or use the shower. For an almost $200 price tag for 1 night, I would expect better and I would like for management to reach out in this manner.

Charged an incidental fee which wasn’t on my reservation and a “Marriott” fee. When I asked the front desk clerk about it, he did say the $50 would be refunded, but he said the “Marriott” fee is because I booked thru a third party and Marriott doesn’t like for you to do that

The toilet was too low. Not good for a senior with issues. The lighting over the bathroom sink was so dim it was hard to see. The lavatory faucet barely dribbled. Awful. I had no coffee maker in my room but had the coffee. I called to get a coffee maker and they never brought one. Poor service!

Staff was great, bed so comfy, room clean. Only complaint was someone was not so courteous during the night. They yelled and sounded like they were running around the room at 4am in the morning, then at 6am. Another person pounded on their door then they both preceded to yell. Doesnt make for a good n8ghts sleep. Yes, we did report it.

This was a nice hotel in nice area so was pleased overall. Staff was great but my bathtub was dirty upon arrival. There was a ring around the tub and in general it didn't look clean. Looks like there was a lot of surface peeling too but it being unclean made me rate my stay lower. Here's a photo.

I gave 4 stars because upon arrival the employee that was working was going back and forth to his car smoking(not cigarettes) and the order was very strong around the entrance. Also had to write down my CC # down due to an outage and was told it would be locked in the safe after his shift so the manager can enter them the next morning. Only to find out the next morning that everyone information were left out overnight and would not be processed until Monday morning.
