Perfect Location
This property is in a perfect location. Close to shopping, activities, and restaurants. This rental is in a quiet neighborhood which was very relaxing. The rental was spacious so it gave us room to spread out. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great choice for a family stay in Memphis
The house was everything we needed for a family trip to Memphis. We were in town for a youth soccer tournament, and this rental is only a few minutes drive from Mike Rose Soccer Complex, so it was a great choice. Clean and comfortable. We would rent again if we return to the area.

My grandson and I spent Christmas at Kristy’s home and made new Christmas memories. We lost my parents and 100 year old grandmother within 3 weeks of each other, and this was our first Christmas without our loved ones. This was a nice home in a quiet location and close to everything. We did have an issue with the air conditioning not working properly but the owner was responsive and had a repair man come out as soon as she could schedule a repair. We were a group of 4 girls on a 4 night trip and enjoyed our stay!

Great home in great neighborhood.
We stayed at this property for my daughter's soccer tournament. Great neighborhood, super safe (I did a run in the dark), home exact as shown and super comfy. Host was responsive on communication and our stay was extremely smooth. We will definitely stay here again!

Southwind Property
The Southwind property in Memphis was a very nice property, clean, and stocked with basic necessities, such as soap and body wash dispensers. The master bedroom and bathroom looked to be recently renovated, the hall bath shower could use an update. The only disappointment was the full bed in one of the guest bedrooms and the absence of a television in both guest bedrooms. This is a lovely home that I would visit again in my future travels to Memphis, TN.

Convenient and Clean
Adorable home in convenient location near shopping and dining- perfect for family vacation. Very clean, nicely decorated and roomy - great back patio with fenced backyard. Owner was very quick to respond to inquiries. We have family in Memphis and visit often and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend.
