The overall condition of the property was worn, wallpaper peeling in bathroom, room and corridors. Sofa in room was worn and cruddy looking. No spread or comforter, room temperature never rose above 68 despite outside temps in the 40's. The receptionist was aloof and gave one word replies about breakfast - which was incorrect the buffet scrambled eggs $ 26.00 not included. Hilton has faded from its' former standards.

Big disappointment for 2nd stay
This was our 2nd time this year staying at this property. We had 6 grandkids and 2 adults the 1st time. Adjoining rooms with no issues. Great time!!! So my husband and I booked the last time stay. We did not check in until 10:00 p.m. or after the room was in no way ready for guests. No towels or washcloths in the room, for the shower looks like it was used right before we got there. When I called down to the front desk they informed we would have to go get the towels. We had an assessable room this time my husband and I both had work down on our knees. This was a far walk. We had some cobwebs hanging from the corners. I would imagine the last people in the room decided asks for another room and this is how we ended up with a unready room. The staff could care less. I called this morning for towels again this time only 2 towels were dropped off no wash cloths. The shower jel was also empty. Big disappointment for the amount of money spent for the night stay..

The staff were so nice and helpful when we needed extra towels or more coffee in our room. They also informed us of local dining. Room always very clean. The hotel resteraunt and buffet breakfast is very good. I recommend the stay at this hotel.

First off, I called ahead of time to give the front desk a heads up that I’d be checking in near 1am, the phone call was exhausting. I repeated myself nearly 5 times. Secondly, my fridge had black liquid and possibly mold, I ended up just not using the fridge because I was only there for 2 nights. Housekeeping did stop by to clean the fridge however since they were unannounced I didn’t have the time to spare. The hotel room carpet is simply gross. The room is in such poor condition. I won’t be staying here ever again. This hotel desperately needs a renovation.

Our room was freezing. We raised the thermostat but it kept getting colder. We finally had the front desk call engineering. They came to the room. We said we can get the heat to work. The answer was “there is no heat. The building either has A/C or heat depending on the season”. So we spent the time in our room in jackets and slept with extra hoodies. We had never experienced the inability to control the room temperature in a hotel or motel.
