Outdoors: The villa is introduced by a large garden, partly paved and partly with trees and flower beds. The garden for exclusive use allows you to park more cars. A lovely veranda furnished for spending pleasant moments outdoors, equipped for having lunch and dinner. The house is completed by a built-in barbecue, an external shower, very convenient when returning from the sea.

Surroundings: Villa Marechiaro is very close to the center of San Foca, near the beach and the tourist port. The location is strategic because it allows you to reach the centre, the seafront, the shopping streets and all services in a few minutes on foot. The closest beach is Lido Li Marangi less than 100 meters away.
San Foca is one of the liveliest marinas in Melendugno. From San Foca you can easily reach other renowned destinations for beach holidays in Salento, such as Torre dell`Orso, Roca and Torre Sant`Andrea.

Splendido! Dieses Haus ist ein Traum
Wir waren als Gruppe von Freunden mit Kindern unterwegs - das Haus ist perfekt. Der grosse Hof von einer Mauer umgeben mit einem grossen Tor, dass kein Kind auf die Strasse rennen kann. Der Strand ist wirklich nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, so dass die Koordination in der Grupe wer geht wann los und kommt wann wieder zurück sehr einfach ist. San Foca als Örtchen hat alles, was man braucht: mehrere Restaurants, nette Lädeli, Arzt, Apotheke etc. Die Vermieter sind unfassbar nette und freundliche Menschen, als ein Mitglied unserer Reisgruppe krank wurde und wir um Rat fragten, kamen sie sofort vorbei um die Patientin persönlich zum Arzt zu bringen. Auch sonst standen sie bei allen Fragen zur Verfügung und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus hat 2 Bäder und 4 Schlafzimmer, davon 3 mit Doppelbetten, einen grossen Aufenthaltsraum im Inneren (den wir im Sommer quasi nie nutzten) und eine Küche. Haupt-Ort war für uns die Veranda auf der man immer Schaffen findet und auf der auch stets ein kühles Lüftlein weht. Einziger Kritik-Punkt ist die Ausstattung der Küche: Viele Töpfe und viele Kaffeemaschinen, aber für engagierte Hobbyköche ggf. zu wenig (z.B. kein Schneebesen, keine Weingläser). Wir sind begeistert und emfpfeheln sowohl San Foca wie auch dieses Haus und diese Vermieter von Herzen gerne weiter!
