Perfect for families/friend groups
The place was nice, clean and big enough for 8 of us with some room to spare. Close to downtown melbourne and only about 15 min from the beach.

The property worked great for our annual family fishing trip and was close to everything shopping wise we would definitely stay there again

It Served Its Purpose
Great affordable property centrally located, but I would not stay here again. The property is poorly maintained, evidenced by broken flooring, moldy buildup in bathrooms, leaking A/C unit, and a rancid stench in the back patio enclosure. It also advertises as sleeping 12+, but by our count, it can only sleep 8 adults. One “bed” count was a broken futon, and another “bed” count was a throw down 2 inch gymnastic mat, similar to one I bought for my child when they were a toddler. I’m grateful I was here with friends for a softball tourney, and we only went to the house to sleep, because I would not bring my kids or family here.

The house could have been cleaner, especially the bathrooms. There's mold in two showers and there was hairs from prior tenants.
