We stayed here last year after flying from manchester, hotel round corner from Melbourne airport, great to stay overnight before a driving holiday, would highly recommend, good breakfast, comfy clean rooms, relaxd atmospheric, are going back the night before iur return journey next week.

I have never stayed in a hotel where my card was charged before I arrived and they did. We didn’t like that and therefore we will not be staying at another Hyatt Place! That was my first and last time!!

The staff members were friendly and knowledgeable. They help with the front desk services and are also bartenders for the bar in the lobby. Every amenities including the gym and pool were under secure access with a key card which made me feel safe. Towels are provided for you at the pool and multiple lounge chairs. The elevator requires you to use your key card to get to your specific floor which I loved. The room was clean upon arrival, lots of storage, comfortable beds, room gets very cold if needed, and ambient lighting as well. There was only a mini fridge and no microwave but they did have a keurig I think. The bathroom was nice and spacious with a detachable shower head and toiletries provided if needed. Breakfast was included and excellent with a different option every day.

We learned that we would be arriving earlier than checkin time. A quick call to the hotel reassured us that a room would be available upon our arrival….a complimentary early checkin, no less! When we arrived, it felt as though we were walking into a family reunion and continued through our departure. We highly recommend the Hyatt Plaza Airport in Melbourne, FL and will definitely return for additional stays.
