You're also less than 70 miles from Orlando International Airport, giving you great flexibility with travel plans.

Head back after a fun-filled day out exploring the sunny side of life and walk through the front door. Inside this lovely home away from home, you'll first notice the incredibly warm and welcoming interior decor, with popular references to musicians and TV shows in the form of paintings and pictures adorning the walls above the windows that lead out to the gorgeous beach within walking distance, a full island kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, and more than enough room for you and your guests to wind down around in the living area. Start your morning off right by stepping outside and taking a deep breath of the sea breeze air as you sip on a nice hot cup of coffee.

This spot is ideal for the ultimate beachgoer, with a boardwalk that leads straight to the sandy shores nearby. Jump into your favorite bathing suit and take a dip in the shimmering waters, collect sea shells, then come back and sit out on the deck with a couple of drinks in hand and some even better company. Watch the frequent NASA and SpaceX rocket launches as you blissfully lounge or simply let the views and sounds of the ocean relax you. As night falls, settle into the theater-style seating in the living area and stream your favorite flick for a movie marathon, courtesy of the home's smart TV. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming services will require a guest account to access.
The fireplace is non-functional.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
