Excellent spacious room, location is the best you could ask for. Ladies entrance is not too far away at all, only took me 10mins walk there is no need for a shuttle. Service was excellent the entire stay, we were very well taken care of. Will definitely choose Pullman again for our next trip to Madinah.

Excellent location. So close to haram that when you hear Adhan walk to masjid and you will be there before iqamah. Staff was friendly and caring despite check in was 4pm and hotel was fully booked as soon as 1 become they gave it to me at 12pm as i was tired after travelling 46 hours from north America.

Great and friendly staff, they have mini bus transportation from the underground car park to masjid nabawi for ladies, as the ladies section in the mosque is abit far, so if you have kids or elderly ladies, it makes life so much easier
