I really can't say enough good things about my stay here. RoseAnne and Duane were both great. I honestly feel like I left with new friends. When in the area in the future, I will always check with them for availability first. Loved my time here. ~K

Home away from home
Dear Rose Ann and Duane, Our stay on your property changed our view of a B&B. We are glad we discovered another home in middle of the natural tranquility. We could not have asked for anything more and better. Hospitality was beyond words. We were welcomed into the home where each corner had a story to tell. Such a beautiful place to stay. The apple pie, french toast and spinach-cheese omelette started our day in best possible way. The farm and all the pets took away our tiredness from city life and provided us with the best break which we never planned of. Thank you for providing us such a wonderful time. We loved our long chatting, card game, farm tour and thank you again for the home-made jam. We will surely visit you during our next visit, and will happily host you when you are around Portland. We surely made friends for lifetime during our stay with you. Best wishes, Sudeshna and Sam

Better than I thought!! :-)
Fantastic friendly couple that became family to us in 4 short days. The first thing we saw entering the driveway was one of a small herd of local deer. Beautiful home on hundreds of acres of unspoiled Oregon woods. Two cuddly little dogs, 3 not cuddly geese, and a couple of characters we came to love like our brother and sister. Father Goose Whisperer is the Medford local, and the only one that can pick up and hug the geese. A Delightful Italian Princess and home chef runs a clean house. This is an actual B&B complete with breakfast and it is extraordinary!! We wished we could stay longer, and have promised to return one day. A hundred miles to Crater Lake, and an easy loop over to Medford/Ashland. If you plan to be in S. Oregon this should be where you stay. We couldn’t ask for better roommates.

Drivable distance to Crater Lake
RoseAnn and Duane were fun and welcoming. RoseAnn went above and beyond my expectations. We were on a 10-day trip from Alaska to Oregon and stayed in multiple hotels. RoseAnn and Duane's home was the cleanest and the bed the most comfortable of the entire trip. The homemade peach jam was the cherry on the cake. RoseAnn and Duane were really an interesting couple whom we loved talking with.

Wonderful experience
We felt very welcomed to this wonderful home in the country. It was very quiet and extremely clean. The breakfast was sooo good and we were sorry our time was limited so that we only had one big meal. RoseAnn was very accommodating in that we had an early golf date the first morning but made sure that we had a yummy granola/yogurt dish to eat, Our room was very comfortable and the adjoining bathroom was spotless. Even though we only used the TV room one night, we knew it was available anytime. Our visits with RoseAnn and Duane helped make us feel very comfortable. Couldn't help but fall in love with the two little dogs. They were an added joy to our visit.

A friendly stop for us and a friend for life!
Just a note for other lodgers... GPS sends you past property... Watch for actual address. Now, the review... RoseAnn and Duane were very welcoming and have a beautiful home on a great piece of land. Hubby went to bed right away after a long drive, but I made a friend and RoseAnn (and her sister over the phone) and I stayed up a bit late talking and crafting... Our dog, Auggie, loved it there and was so excited to run around and make himself tired. Room with bath was very nice! Thank you so much RoseAnn and Duane!!!

So enjoyable!
What an enjoyable stay we had here in Eagle Point! Rose Ann and Duane were the ultimate in hosting our time here. They have a lovely home to relax and refresh. A good “home base” for visits to Crater Lake, Lake Of The Woods and local wineries to name a few. We shared many laughs and stories during our breakfasts together and in the evening time. We’ve made a lasting friendship with them and will return for future visits!

Relaxing Surroundings
Roseanne and Duane were awesome hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The wildlife was an added bonus! We didn’t get a chance to explore the property land but the home was very comfortable and accommodating. We stayed there to visit Crater Lake during the day but the evening sitting out on the back deck was so relaxing. I particularly loved watching all the hummingbirds!!! We even played a game one of our nights there. We felt like we were hanging out with good friends! HIGHLY recommend staying here if you’re looking to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city!

Exactly what I hoped it would be
First, RoseAnn and Duane are amazing! They truly couldn't be kinder or more generous ...or funnier. :) They (and their pups) made me feel at home as soon as I pulled into the driveway and I felt like family pretty quickly. (I stayed for 3 weeks.) RoseAnn had asked me ahead of time what I ate for breakfast (fruit and yogurt with tea) and she had plenty of it ready for me every day (when I wasn't picking my own grapes!!) ... along with snacks and whatever else she could think of. She was always made sure to ask if I needed anything before she went to the market. The farm/property itself is gorgeous with mountain views all around. Along with grapes, we also picked blackberries and plums, and RoseAnn taught me how to make jam. (I'm now the proud owner of at least a year's worth - hahaha!!) Also, Duane always had tons of fresh zucchini, tomatoes and basil on the counter from the garden next to the deck. Speaking of the deck, there are two families of deer that visit every day to eat the acorns, apples and whatever else they can reach. :) I spent a lot of time sitting on the deck just watching them. Their farm is pretty rural, which is exactly what I was looking for -- tons of cows and horses on the neighboring farms. It's about a 20-minute drive to town and just under 40 to Ashland, where I spent a lot of time. They're also easy access to Lake of the Woods, Klamath Lake, and Crater Lake --- all stunning! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and feel like I've made some new family-like friends! p.s. I was traveling with my cat and they were extremely accommodating!

It's really a pot farm
They leave out the part in the listing that should mention the pot farm 30 feet from the front door. They claimed they where burglarized during my stay. When they told me this, I decided I would be safer at a hotel in town. After calling VRBO to report the situation, I was ignored. Put on an indefinite hold at what turned out to be the end of the call with VRBO. Currently I am still receiving calls and emails from the property owners asking me why I abruptly left after they where robbed. Stating that it is a little suspicious. Wow, after being led to a pot farm bed and breakfast. They get robbed and blame me because I left their property after the robbery. What person in their right mind would continue to stay at a property after discovering drugs are being cultivated, sold, used, and the property had been robbed? Not me. This is a terrible place to stay. Then dealing with the owners after the stay is even worse. Beware...

Fabulous Country Home!
Wish I could give it more than 5 stars! The hosts were so gracious, the home absolutely charming and two sweet dogs to seal the deal! If you love country living, you must stay here. RoseAnn's collections of many different items were so intriguing and has rekindled an interest in me to begin collections. Beware!! LOL Duane's knowledge of many different subjects made for interesting conversation over breakfast. We'll go back when we can.
