Great price for such nice hotel Well maintain Swimming pool and tennis courts. One court can be used as pickleball. Only one problem is the internet is constantly failed. If hotel fix this problem it will be 5 star. Swimming

Front desk lady gave me a room key to an occupied room and then gave me a room key to a dirty room that wasn’t cleaned yet. We saw roaches in the hallway walking to our room.

Our room at Ashland Hills Hotel was dirty (stains on carpet and headboard, unwiped table), the internet and TV did not work, and the front desk employee was impatient and curt.

I always return
My fifth stay but the first since new ownership, not overly pleased with the addition of resort fees even though they are low. New restaurant menu is fine. Big rooms, great mattresses and pillows.

The pool was dirty and looked murky. Then after we got settled in, we found a live cockroach in our bathroom. My husband had to kill it. Breakfast the next morning was lackluster. Eggs were cold, coffee was bad. The city of Ashland is beautiful and full of character. We will definitely go back but not to this hotel.
