Hotel was very clean. Common areas were spotless. The rooms were clean as well except they didnt have any standard size wash cloths. All they had in the room was hand towels and dry towels. Other than that it was perfect. David is such a delight and very helpful! Carlos at the front desk was very helpful as well as the staff in the dining area for breakfast. If i come back to Medellin i wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

First of all I had booked a deluxe double room with supposedly city view, instead I was given a room with a rear building in front view! After claiming I was shifted to another room with partial city view at the front hotel left corner. Indeed no room has city view but view from hotel’s sides that is not a panoramic city view of Medellín, but view of the buildings around. It was not be offered what it doesn’t have. Second, there is no cable TV service in any room. They say because the hotel ideal is calmness they don’t offer it! But they do tell you that use your own streaming service! I won’t ever come back there

I was in Medellin for the FIFA u-20 World Cup 2024 and this hotel was in a great location for everything. The staff were friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. The hotel is very clean & offers a variety of wellness services in addition to a gym and large hydro therapeutic pool which was welcome relief after a long day of trekking around Medellin. The included breakfast was served every morning with a large variety of healthy menu choices. We did not have a vehicle and relied on Uber and the metro for transport to and from the hotel. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Medellin.

Very nice hotel in outskirts of Poblado tourist ar
Very nice hotel, staff especially Carlos was so helpful and kind. Neighborhood felt very safe, but, a bit on outskirts of Poblado. Nothing is really in walking distance, but, Ubers to shopping and restaurants very affordable and many times less the $5 usd.

Need to have at least one visitor to visit the occupants of the registered guest/guests especially the guest/guests in the premium rooms (especially the rooms with balconies and city views.That is free advertisement for the hotel.Words of mouth are very effective.Something for Versus hotel to think about
