Clean, modern and quiet
Clean, modern and on a very quiet neighborhood. Facilities were modern and rooms were super clean and spacious. However, it is not really walkable to the Pablano district where all the restaurants and the vibe of the city is. Traffic is bad and so we had to take a cab every time we wanted to go anywhere. Close to a mall.

Worst supposed high end hotel
Lock was broken on the hotel door allowing anyone to go in. I only discovered it later leaving my hotel room exposed. Snobbish recepción desk. When my friend visited me they said that there is a $40 charge for visitors to go up to my room. I have never heard of this in all my years of travel. And then later on at night I noticed this policy was unenforceable as no one was checking who could come in or out. Seems like a form of extortion.

Hotel was excellent overall. Staff was friendly but one thing about this hotel the mattress was SUPER hard. They made it better by adding a topper but that’s my only knock on this hotel everything else was on point.

We spent a week here and absolutely loved it. The staff were so kind and extremely helpful. We look forward to going back. Due to airline delays & flight cancellations, they were extremely accommodating. There is a large shopping mall just up the block. There was great coffee, food & beverage options. There was even a grocery store on the lowest level.

The hotel is nice, we had problems with the staff, the front desk staff directly lied to us, my wife and I wanted a friend to hang out with us and watch a movie and we were made to feel like we didn’t belong and super uncomfortable . The rooms flooring was breaking apart and the furniture a bit cheap. Disappointing. We had a suite and it felt average quality.

The hotel is clean and modern. The rooms are in great condition. The hotel is located very close to 2 malls both of which have many dining options. The neighbourhood is safe. The pool area is excellent and breakfast selection is great.
