This is our second time staying here. We really enjoyed this hotel and their staff. We were taking a trip around Colombia, visiting several cities (stayed in several different hotels with Diamond status and VIP) and this hotel by far was the best. The food was delicious and the staff members seem to want to ensure you had a nice experience at their hotel. Not to mention super close to the airport (less than 5 mins). Definitely a must stay.

We reserved 2 rooms for ourselves and a daughter who contracted COVID a week before our stay. Despite several efforts to get through to a human being on the phone and after contacting Expedia, the hotel refused to let us cancel one room. The woman at the front desk was brusque and completely unsympathetic. They might have at least given us a better room, but we ended up paying for 2 and staying in 1. There are many good alternatives in the immediate vicinity. The restaurant staff was inexperienced, the food was mediocre, and there were many odd noises during the night from other groups.

The staff is very nice. The place is very close and convenient to the airport. The restaurant is good. We were bummed out we couldn’t get the Expedia room upgrade since they don’t honor it. Also if you are planning to use the shuttle service please make sure you have local phone service since you need to call the driver directly. Since I didn’t have international calling I had to get a cab. Overall a good experience.

Movich Hotel Las Lomas is located close to Medellin Airport which makes it very convenient. The property itselt could be upgraded a bit, but restaurant is nice and service very welcoming and warm.

My wife and I were impressed with this airport hotel. It was comfortable, the restaurant served quality food and it was very quiet. My only suggestion would be to provide an English speaking TV channel.
