Great stay in El Poblado.
Really beautiful hotel. So clean and the neighborhood it’s in is just gorgeous. It’s in a great location, too. It’s quiet but the hotel is a short 8-10 minute walk to restaurants and Provenza. Service is impeccable. All of the employees went above and beyond to help with anything we needed.

It is in a nice area of El Poblado. Super quiet. The staff is so friendly! Carlos and Jhon at the front desk were so helpful and kind. The dining staff, Walter etc. were excellent with their service and always had a smile! Easy to take Ubers or taxis from this location. Rooms were cleaned spotless daily! Simple but delicious breakfast.

The property is absolutely beautiful. It’s close enough to everything but far enough to provide a tranquil environment. For me, the highlight was the friendly staff from Louisa and Carlos at the front desk to the wonderful breakfast staff.
