The people working at the hotel were All very nice and kind. The room was clean. There was construction in lobby and breakfast area that I was not told about before arriving, so that part wasn’t pleasant. I heard drilling while eating breakfast. Hard to relax under those conditions. Unfortunately the shower was horrible - like zero pressure from a very high shower head directly above. I couldn’t wash my hair because it would have taken forever to get the shampoo out. I know they are trying to save money, but at whose expense? I finally had them remove the shower head so I could have a semi-normal shower. Next time I’ll try to find another hotel unless they replace the shower head with another that doesn’t restrict the pressure to that degree.

Great area. Breakfast is required by Colombian law. If you do not select the breakfast option, you will subject to Colombian tax or breakfast payment per day which has to be paid at check in. Other than that i enjoyed my stay.

Staff on reception need to speak English properly, and the english speaking staff need to understand that multiple beds means more than one bed in the room which lead to three room changes and wasting a lot of time before I got the room I paid for.
