This property is wonderful. The rooms are nice, the AC gets the rooms nice and cool, they have a wonderful restaurant attached, and the location is outside the noisy areas, but you can easily walk to multiple restaurants, parks, and tourist attractions. The customer service is excellent, as well. A truly wonderful stay! Gracias Park 10 Hotel!

The room and the hotel were beautiful. Only issue I had was with my rooms lighting and WiFi. The panels didn’t work too well. WiFi didn’t work too well either. I still loved the room and will stay again.

My cell phone was stolen one block from the hotel. I guess that could happen anywhere??? The hotel is need of numerous repairs and renovations. Great potential. Buffet was pedestrian at best. Staff was helpful at times but somewhat cold. Their restaurant is above average. Overall a very nice neighborhood with great access to Poblado.

The hotel location is convenient as it is within walkable distance to many restaurants, stores, and Provenza. The area was nice and safe. Majority of the staff was very nice. The hotel has a 1940’s feeling. The breakfast was not the best though. I would try my luck having breakfast elsewhere.
