The looks better in person than the pictures on line. Downside is, the staff DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, including the front desk. Just few of them knew one, or two words of English. The train station and the football (soccer) stadium are literally on the same street (Carrera 70) with the hotel, can just walk there. If one likes to party, that's the place / street to be on. The Centreville, Light tower are not too far via driving.

The hotel is in a great location on Calle - Too Loud for My Taste, but Some May Enjoy It. The service was okay. Unfortunately, there were no safe deposit boxes, and the breakfast was disappointing.

Avoid this place.
The service was terrible, I ended up paying an IVA that was half the cost of booking it online. They refused to cancel the booking even tho the hotels app said cancel with hotel. So they forced me to stay there and pay the iva or lose my money completely. They have those electrical systems that your key card has to be inserted for and only the actual key card. It's just a huge pain as nice of a place as it is. Also it can get pretty loud ... But I guess that comes with the things that make it nice The housekeeping staff was nice tho
