The hotel in the Poblado area looks great on the website and is well-located for walking, but the actual experience fell short. Early check-in at 11:00 AM was not available, and I had to wait until 3:00 PM. Mariano and two other male receptionists were very friendly and helpful, but the female receptionists seemed unwelcoming. The standard balcony room is compact with essentials like blackout curtains, a mini-fridge, snacks (extra charge), a TV, a desk, and a hairdryer. Communication is only through WhatsApp, which is slow, and my request for extra towels was never fulfilled. The room has city noise and an oddly designed bathroom where shower water leaks out. Wi-Fi was unavailable the first day and night and remained unstable after that, making TV use frustrating. One minibar snack was found already open; although reported, there was no apology or replacement. I recommend buying your own snacks nearby. At checkout, there was no receipt, email offer, or inquiry about my stay. Airport transfer through Aeroturex with Mr. Miguel was pleasant, but Uber was more convenient and similarly priced for the rest of the trip. Overall, the hotel offers a nice view and location but suffers from poor service, unreliable amenities, and a lack of attention to guest experience.

Excelente servicio. Cerca de puntos de interes, cuartos limpios, todo el staff excelente, desayuno estilo buffet y se puede pedir a gusto si deseas. A los dos días, me dieron un upgrade de habitación que incluía balcón y un poco más amplia. Proveen hasta tapones para los oidos, por si molesta el ruido de la calle, ya que queda cerca de una avenida principal. Excelente. Rooftop bello.
