They don’t allow family guest or any visitors and they charge a fee of the same nightly price. Don’t recommend if you have. A girlfriend or a cousin or aunt very strict with visitors

In my view the Hotel is excellent in El Poblado. The Hotel Staff is very professional and always helpful for my needs. And those are hard working people there. And I commend them. And I will stay there again in the future.

Staying here was good and convenient. It was very clean and just on the edge of Poblado so you do hear some street noise but very minimal. Our only issue was the toilet was barely flushing and we asked to fix it. It was not fixed so we opted to poop elsewhere. The last day the toilet clogged.

Great Location, not so Great Beds.
Great location in the heart of El Poblado. We were 3 but we were given a futon for our child which was quite hard. The main bed was way too soft. We could not win. The service and cleaning service were great. The laundry service came in handy.
