Hotel was nice and clean. Staff were very professional and attentive. Breakfast was delicious at Gema Cafe. The reason i didn’t rate it a five star was because the walls are so thin that you can hear everything next door like if they were siting next to you talking. Other than that hotel was excellent.

The only positive aspects of this hotel are the breakfast and the rooftop. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing — the bathroom is extremely small, the bed is uncomfortable, and the noise from other rooms and the street is very noticeable.

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Blues Suites Medellín. My room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, complete with a private balcony overlooking the green belt — an unexpected oasis of calm in the city. I actually spent early mornings birdwatching from the balcony and added 12 new species to my life list, which was such a special surprise! The rooftop area is lovely, and the included breakfasts were hearty and delicious — a great way to start the day. But what really made the stay stand out was the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and a special shout-out to Christian, who spoke excellent English and went above and beyond helping me book transportation, make changes to reservations, and generally made everything feel easy and smooth.
