Private Silver Lake Beach Frontage! This newly renovated home sits next to the sand dunes in Silver Lake. Whether you want to ride the dunes or walk the dunes, this location is where you want to be! There are 2 homes on this property connected with a large deck that offers outdoor seating,  a charcoal grill for cooking and views of the dunes. Wonderful yard with sand with no stairs to the lake. There's a dock should you decide to rent a boat and a public boat launch just down the street.

The lake side home features three bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen, second bedroom with bunk bed, third bedroom with two full beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.  The second home features two bedrooms with a full bed and a bunk bed in the first, queen bed in the second and sleeper sofa in the living room.  The lake side home features a full kitchen and two full baths, the second home features a kitchenette along with a bathroom.  You will love all the home has to offer with spacious inside and outside areas to enjoy family time or the location to the dunes, water or downtown!  This is not a pet friendly property.  The large cottage has air conditioning.  The small cottage does not have air conditioning.

Silver Lake is located in Mears, Michigan and offers shorelines along Lake Michigan and Silver Lake. While vacationing here you won't want to miss out on the experiences that the massive Silver Lake Sand Dunes have to offer. Rent a jeep of your own or head over to Mac Wood's Dune Rides for an adventurous ride on the sand dunes. Nearby is the Hart-Montague Bicycle Trail that will take you along 22.5 miles of scenic routes. The quaint little town of Pentwater is located just north of the Silver Lake area. Pentwater is the epitome of small-town charm with its shops, food, and ice cream.  Don't forget to grab breakfast at Cherry Point, where they offer homemade donuts and treats daily. For dinner, spend an evening at Golden Sands, a small, family-owned restaurant and golf course that will leave a lasting impression. Plan on spending a day with your family at Michigan's  Adventure for a day of action and excitement.
