Very friendly staff and hotel is reasonably clean. However, food options on site are very limited. And there are not much options closeby either. So you are stuck with the onsite resturant. Shuttle only goes within a 1 mile radius and it becomes very expensive when travelling to and from the airport. Even the metro is a good 20-25 mins walk. Overall, very expensive and with limited choices, would not book again.

We had exceptional service from three individuals at the Tyson's Corner Hilton: Jack Heffron, Front Desk, Felipe, and Khan, hotel drivers for local transportation. Jack was fantastic at getting me accurate local information and hotel services. Five stars! Felipe and Khan drove us around and gave us great information on where to eat and go! They took an interest in what we wanted to do and gave us great suggestions. Again, five-star service! The restaurant menu needs to be rethought. It seemed disjointed, and the pricing was out of proportion with what was available. $48.00 for breakfast for two is only for the corporate expense accounts.

I guess I should have paid more attention when booking, I was a bit shocked to discover they didn’t have continental breakfast. I’d say you’d be as well off booking at a Comfort Suites or other chain if all you’re doing is traveling.
