"Nice room, good breakfast "

"This is a perfect inn for a brief visit to Sparta. The only person we saw was the lady in the office at check-in. She was pleasant and the check-in was easy. Our room was sufficient for our visit. This is not a five star hotel with room service and all the frills you would expect from a 5-star. This is a small town motel. It was very clean and quiet. The diner across the parking lot was closed for Christmas but we have eaten there many times over the years and the food is good. We will stay here again when in town visiting family for the holidays. "

"Our family has a tradition of going to the mountains of NC over the winter holidays, and getting off the grid a bit to relax and unwind. Every year we try to find a different place to stay just to have a unique experience, but we may have to make an exception and come back to the Treehouse on the farm. The cabin is absolutely perfect. The decor is beautiful and you can see that a lot of work and love went into creating this space (it's even better than the pictures). The location is just what we were after—away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by beautiful mountain views and lots of hiking opportunities. The furniture is very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the uniqueness of the treehouse makes it very cozy and special. And our two kids couldn't get enough of visiting the animals on the farm. The weather got pretty cold during our stay, but the wood stove kept us plenty warm and just added to the ambience. (There is also a space heater and a gas fireplace in the bathroom to help out with warmth). The hosts provided plenty of firewood for us, even checking in to make sure we had enough and delivering more during our stay. The treehouse delivers a private, cabin-style experience in the woods, yet is also remarkably clean and comfortable. We can't wait to come back!"
