Overall a very nice and clean hotel, the food is amazing and most of the staff are very friendly. Had an issue with house keeping though, I was there for 2 weeks and my room only got cleaned 2 times. but putting that aside it was a lovely stay and I will definitely stay there again.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, pool and hot tub were filthy and the hot tub did not work. Front desk was nice, but everyone else that worked there had bad attitudes and were only catering to all the Mexicans. Room was humid and smelled like mold/mildew.

Hotel is very clean staff very friendly and professionals , but the windows are not sound proof that we can heard the cars driving by The walls are so thin that we Can heard the bad neighbors next door having S€¥ almost all night long we did not have a good rest . Because we Can heard everything . but hotel location and cleanliness is perfect

Room not ready.
The room was okay. We dis have a Major issue. Checking it was supposed to be at three, but our room wasn’t ready until 6:00PM. We discussed our options with one of the employees, but he did not offer compensation or any solution to this problem. His only response was that we had to wait. Since we were traveling out of town, we had nowhere else to go. So we had to wait three hours for our room to be ready. Would not stay here again.
