Though rooms were available, clerk had several families wait till 3pm to issue rooms. Elevator broken, no phone service and no shower curtain in room. I shared my concerns to clerk at checkout and got little to no response.

Had a great family get away for husbands birthday, kid and i went swimming, best thing is it was pouring outside and we were good inside swimming away till 9pm. Only thing i didn't like, and reason for some not so good score, is that upon check in, after 4pm, much much later than 4pm, we had to wait, for front desk to GO check if anything was available for us! Why so late after checkin? Cuting into our family time.
