The room appeared to be freshly remodeled and cleaned, however I did find a few pistachio shells on the floor that cleaner had missed. Somehow the tv remote was on the floor and under the far side of bed as well. Manager and receptionist where very friendly and responsive to my requests and made for a pleasant stay.
The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The hotel was not what we expected, it wasnt clean. The rooms need to be upgraded. I honestly think a Motel 6 wouldve been a better stay. Were a fam of 4, the room sleeps 4 but no blankets, pillows were provided for the sleeper sofa. There were 2 medium sized towels in the room. We had to ask for extras along with the blankets. It was just inconvenient. I wouldnt stay here again.
We noticed that the rooms wasn’t cleaned properly. There were “dirty” hand prints in the headboard of one of the beds and hairs in the tub. Overall, we were disappointed with our room.
