There was a musky smell in my room. I ended up with a headache from the day I got there until the day I checked out. I went to talk to management but was told the person I needed to dish to was busy in a meeting and that I would get a call back. I never received a call.

The maid though we were suppose to be out and when we told her no. But can we have towels and toilet paper and can you take the trash. She said she had to go back downstairs to find out what was going on. Never came back. The guy that was there Sunday night gave us towels and toilet paper. He listened to us and helped us. We were thankful he was there to help. Even being busy mopping he helped us.

Primera cosa la gente de recepcion no es muy amigable que digamos son muy cerrados, lleve mascota y tomen en cuenta que ya con taxes van a pagar 81 dolares algo fuera de lo comun vs otros hoteles que cobran por dia 10 a 20 dolares, en la pagina de hoteles venia por 50 dolares, para pedir toallas en la noche me comentaron primero que solo eran 3 por habitacion aunque eramos 5 luego que hasta en la mañana me la podian dar, luego despues de insistir fuimos a la lavanderia y yo vi muchas lavadas y sale solo tengo dos ya no hay mas, me extraño mucho porque el servicio en Hampton es muy bueno pero aqui en verdad en recepcion nada bueno.
