Beautiful Detached Villa with Private Pool and Jacuzzi

Camposol is a large urbanisation centred around Camposol’s 18-hole golf course and is mainly built of villas.
Camposol is situated on the Costa Calida coast just south of the Costa Blanca. Camposol is a thriving tourist destination with visitors from all over Northern Europe as well as Spanish who flock to Camposol from inland Spain in the summer.
The Villa
The spacious detached villa has been newly painted and is lovely and clean throughout. It is situated in a quiet street which is very relaxing compared with the hustle and bustle of your typical hotel. With access to your own private pool makes the stay perfect for couples and families.
Inside there is an open plan lounge, kitchen and dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery and utensils.
The bright and airy living room offers two comfy sofas with foot stools and worldwide TV, Sky TV with sports, movies and box sets. There is also free Wi-Fi.
There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, with comfortable mattresses/pillows, duvets for the colder months, and clean linen. There is also a wardrobe in each room with hangers and a set of drawers with mirrors above and a hairdryer.
The bathroom provides a bath with shower above, toilet sink and bidet – clean bath towels are provided along with hand towels, flannels and separate towels to use on the sunbeds in the garden.
There is a cupboard situated downstairs with access to an iron, ironing board, travel cot, highchair booster and other cleaning items, should they be required.
In the interest of other guests, smoking is permitted outside only.
Outside there is a large pool with a built-in stairway for ease of access. The pool also has a jacuzzi next to it – perfect for a relaxed night with a glass of wine. There are four sunbeds beside the pool too.
Under the front covered in terrace has a dining table – perfect for alfresco dining. At the back of the villa there is also another dining set which is great for those wanting to eat in the sunshine.
Out and About
The villa is 5 minutes’ drive from the shops, bars and restaurants which include Consum supermarket, several Indians, Chinese, Bulgarian, English and Italian restaurants plus cafes, Bowling Entertainment Bars and Sports Bars.

The nearest town to Camposol is Mazarron, which is a charming unspoilt Spanish town 12 km away towards the coast. For beaches, the marina and more bars/restaurants you would drive to Puerto de Mazarron which is only 3 kilometres away from Mazarron town.
Mazarron is also the location of the nearest official tourist office where you can get free tourist maps as well as leaflets and guides to the sights and attractions in the area.
Nearby in the region is Murcia city with great shopping malls such as Thader) and designer shops with a good historical old town centre.
Also the port of Cartagena is also worth a visit if you appreciate your history, old buildings and good food.

Golf

Camposol Club de Golf is just a few minutes down the road.

Formally known as Sensol Golf, the course was acquired in 2013 by Mazarron Entertainments SL. A major program of refurbishment has taken place over the past couple of years and Camposol Club de Golf can now proudly present itself as one of the best, most competitively priced and visually attractive courses in the Murcia region.

The course is 18 holes par 72 5895 metres (6500 yds) designed by Don Manuel Quesada Mendiola. Open to members and non-members alike, the course was originally opened in 2004 the course has matured well with attractive lakes, olive groves desert areas and palm trees to add interest.
Nearby there is also Alhama Signature Golf Course and Club de Golf Hacienda del Alamo

The Club House

The large attractively designed Club House, open to all from 8am to late, features an excellent restaurant, substantial bar and private function room. The large terrace area has some of the best views in the region of Murcia and there is a large shaded outside BBQ dining space.

Airports, Car Rental and Transfers

Murcia International Airport is just 45 mins and Alicante Airport is 70 mins drive from the villa. There are a number of UK and European Airlines that fly to these airports. Some include; Easy Jet, Ryan Air, Flybe & BA.

The cheapest car hire can be achieved with online agents. Typically, a week's rental for a small five seat vehicle will cost between £30 - £110 depending on the time of year. Booking early is always an excellent idea. Taxis are available at the Airports, but can be costly. Car hire is essential given the proximity to airports, beaches and other attractions.

All guests will be provided with a contact number for the villa manager. She will arrange to meet you at the villa with the keys and show you around. You will be able to contact her throughout your stay, should you need to. Check in at 15:00pm – Check out at 10:00am. We require you to ensure you dispose of all rubbish prior to leaving. Bins are available at the end of the street.
