Completely modernized and restored 18th Century FarmHouse

This 18th Century Farmhouse has been lovingly modernized and restored to every detail. The original HandHewn logs were exposed, together with an interior stone wall. A beautifully patina Tin ceiling from another farmhouse was used as the interior ceiling in the Dining Area, old exterior siding used as interior wall surface and the now extinct American Chestnut floor installed as well from old chicken coupes. A truly unique and historic restoration. New Wifi 2 Zone HVAC, and a covered front porch for those slow summer evenings. Custom created kitchen with Granite tops and all new stainless steel appliances.
The bathroom has a shower.
