The Respite Ranch is a newly renovated ranch-style home with a large 9ft deep saltwater pool, hot tub, covered patio with gas grill (includes accessories stocked in the kitchen), and a hearth room with a bar and wood-burning fireplace. Tucked along the North Fork and located on a serene cul de sac, take in North Fork's tranquility. Enjoy some fun or relax in the many floaters available on-site and on the nearby Breakwater Beach. If sunbathing is more your style, enjoy a glass of wine on the lounge chairs by the pool, the comfort of patio furniture. If the weather is not pool friendly, instead, you can enjoy the 6-person hot tub located right beside the covered patio. This house is a perfect North Fork getaway year-round!

If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
