Great property, very clean and nice rooms with drinks in the fridge, big showers and communicative host. I do wish they could have the rooms be colder as it was tough sleeping, only used the sheet to sleep and that was to hot.

We really like the property, very clean and modern, close to the city centre, 5 minutes walk an 10 minutes to Sassi! I strongly recommend and I regret I didn’t stay longer. One of the best in our stay in Italy so far. Easy to communicate with the host, she was very friendly and helpful!

Great room rental five minutes walk from Matera with easy free parking right out front - Great for a short stay or road trip! Breakfast was provided at a local bar a few minutes walk from the house to ensure a fresh authentic experience. It was also very generous coming with coffee, pastry, sandwich, and fresh juice. Air conditioning and wifi were modern and powerful. Would stay again.

Location is perfect is just 3 mins away from everything you would want to see in Matera. Considering part of the city you are not allowed to drive , the location is perfect. Great if you are driving as parking has a fare price. Room itself very confortable and the staff was very kind.

Beautiful brand new room, owner was nice to us, although the included breakfast wasn’t in the same building we were staying (5 min walk). Good value for the price, would recommend.

Walking distance of Matura. Very new and complete room with a balcony and free drinks in the fridge. Unfortunately there was no elevator, and the breakfast was not in the building itself. You get a voucher for a bakery around the corner, but it is limited to 2 drinks (coffee and juice) and a sweet and salty product.

Nydelig rom og gode senger. Fantastisk beliggenhet og hjelpsomt personell. Parkering til en rimelig penge i bakgården. Dette er ikke et vanlig hotell, men en etasje med rom inne i en større bygning. Rommet hadde kjøleskap med kald drikke. Frokosten ble servert på en kafé i gangavstand. Anbefales varmt!
