Experiência com altos e baixos, contudo, percebemos que há esforço por parte da gerência de que o atendimento seja excelente. Pontos altos: quartos muito bonitos e confortáveis e alimentação com qualidade e variedade excepcional. Pontos baixos: Alguns atendentes mal humorados e que se recusaram a atender solicitações ou atenderam visivelmente contrariados, em um outro dia, houve demora na reposiçao de sabonete e toalhas. Outro ponto que não gostamos muito foi o fato de que é preciso se deslocar muito para tudo caso não contrate o Signature Level. Quanto às falhas no atendimento, embora tenha ocorrido algumas situações, a gerência resolveu tudo, sendo extremamente proativa e atenciosa no atendimento por whatsapp. Enfim, no geral, gostamos muito, principalmente da comida.

Recomendamos!

Hotel excelente, grande e bem cuidado. Funcionários simpáticos. Quarto amplo e virado para o jardim, portanto silencioso. Comida farta e variada, com opcões saudáveis e para quem tem restrições. Hóspedes majoritariamente famílias com crianças, o que é observado pelo hotel, que dispõe de caldeirões para alimentação, alimentos sem sal e menu kids nos restaurantes temáticos. Penso que, pela quantidade de crianças, o almoço poderia iniciar mais cedo (na praia inicia às 12h30 e no restaurante principal às 13h). Não faltam opcões de petiscos, mas criancas menores costumam almoçar cedinho e dormir em seguida. Alguns comentários aqui nos assustaram antes da ida, mas fomos positivamente surpreendidos e recomendamos fortemente!

O Resort é lindo, quartos excelentes, restaurantes espetaculares, atendimento muito bom. Pontos a serem melhorados para tornar perfeito na minha opinião : Construir um banheiro URGENTE próximo ao bar Dunas (os banheiros são muito distantes), gelar melhor os chopps e cervejas (muitas vezes devido ao grande movimento, eles estão apenas frios). Colocar URGENTE uma chopeira a noite no lounge para os hóspedes se servirem (às vezes leva vários minutos a espera de um chopp no lounge devido a quantidade de drinks que os outros estão pedindo) e colocar mais cantores com música ao vivo (fiquei 4 diárias , apenas no último dia teve música ao vivo no lounge e NENHUM dia na piscina). Sem querer comparar , mas tem concorrentes que mesmo não tendo a estrutura física desse Resort, nem 03 restaurantes temáticos com tanta qualidade, mas servem bebidas bem mais geladas e a vontade e tem de 02 a 03 shows com música ao vivo diariamente. (estou me referindo aos hotéis da rede Amarante e ao Summerville). Mas ano que vem pretendemos voltar (estávamos em 13 pessoas), espero ansiosamente por essas melhoras.

O resort deixou a desejar , quando chegamos pegamos o upgrade do signature level porem no bar da piscina principal não tinhamos direito a beber heineken, o red bull tinha que pagar a parte e mesmo assim não tinha na piscina privativa do signature level , falatou uma musica ao vivo para animar as piscinas e o bar da praia do signature level . Cafe da manhã com filas imensas para omelete e tapioca .
