Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
When we arrived the reception said she don't see our booking on their system we had to call the owner to intervene. We only managed to check-in at 3am the following day after we demanded our refund. You can imagine we had to attend the festival without taking a bath or shower because a selfish receptionist failed to do her job.
