Maryville stay
The modern furnishings are very updated and contain everything you need. The main complaint for us was the noise level from the very busy street. The other note-worthy comment is that the only bathroom upstairs for the three bedrooms is in the kid's bunk bedroom. We made it work; however, we didn't have anyone stay in that room. The stairs are very narrow and would be hard for older folks. we gave 3 starts due to noise, and location, ALL other inside items are good, the beds were very comfortable and the couches were as well. The kitchen contained everything we needed.

House with a lot of charm
This was our second trip to the Maryville area in a year. We are looking to potentially move to the area and had chosen this property due to its proximity to the downtown area. The house itself is a 1940's house that was renovated to modern amenities. However, there are some things to be aware of when selecting this property: -The house is located right off a main street, meaning lots of loud vehicles all hours of the day, including the occasional semi and folks that believe that loud pipes save lives. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. -There are two bathrooms - however be aware that accommodations in both are tight due to minimal space. The upstairs bathroom is located in the kids room with the bunk beds, which is a challenge for folks sleeping upstairs if kids are sleeping in that room. -Being that this is an old house, it also has certain old house qualities, such as a very narrow, steep, twisting staircase, which may be a challenge for some folks or kids. Additionally, be prepared to watch your step as the floors are not level in the larger rooms which could cause issues while walking if you are not paying attention. -We had issues with the internet while staying there for the week. Unfortunately, the internet modem and wifi router are not ideally located in the house, and given the fact that it is an older property meaning it has thick walls, the signal doesn't cover the property very well. We discussed this with the management company.

Pleasant Stay
A good stay in Maryville, continently located to whatever you may need. Kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed, as our party stayed at the house for all meals. The interior of the house was basic but nice and accommodating. And the game room was a nice touch. Driveway can be tricky to find from the main road, but parking was a breeze for multiple vehicles only identified. The main stairs are very narrow, so much so that one member of our party was unable to go up them. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor, so this wasn’t a major issue for us. The upstairs bathroom, is only accessible through one of the bedrooms (bunkroom). This did cause some commotion at night for our party because the room was occupied. The property itself was well kept and overall clean. There were some cobwebs in corners and in the kitchen but overall not dirty. Overall a pleasant stay.

Perfect place!
The property is quite large! Upon arrival, you come thru a huge detached patio area. PERFECT for family gatherings! Once you enter the home, you’ll be amazed at how spacious the inside is. The decorations and furniture are beautiful! The living room has a beautiful sectional and other seating and is so spacious! There is a bedroom on the main floor - again - decorated beautifully! The entire home seemed like no one had ever stayed before. The 3 bedrooms upstairs we just as perfect! The beds slept like a dream! Great pillows and sheets too! And the hidden room off the primary was such a surprise!! Our only issue was the bathrooms. On the upper level the only bathroom was inside the bedroom with the bunks in it. On the main floor, the only bath was off the kitchen with the laundry room. There were only 3 of us who stayed, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. The outside patio was a hit!! We were there for our grandson’s 2nd birthday, and ended up moving his party to that patio! It was covered and had so much space. We had anticipated bad weather, so the covered patio was just perfect! We have already recommended this location for other family members. We have a good bit of family in the area who don’t have the room for us to stay at their homes. It was great to have this place to stay in. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home and we will for sure be back again!
