À mon arrivée, un employé du Riad m’a dit qu’ils étaient complets et qu’ils n’avaient pas reçu l’information concernant ma réservation…. que ce n’était pas leur problème…. Heu… Alors que le paiement avait été pris sur ma carte de crédit… L'unique solution qu’ils m’ont proposé était d’aller dans un autre Riad leur appartenant pour une nuit et revenir au Riad Élite pour la 2e nuit… ce qui ne me convenait pas du tout. Ils ont refusé d’annuler ma réservation. Tout ça s’est terminé à la police où ils ont dû me rembourser le montant de la chambre! Désagréable aventure. Des gens totalement malhonnêtes,

Ryad très agréable
Bon Ryad avec bon personnel aimable et à l'écoute. Bon petit déjeuner et dîner proposé très bon, rooftop très sympa. En revanche, chambre côté rue: Matelas à changer, et surtout très mal insonorisée avec rue très bruyante.
