Wonderful Riad with exceptional attention to detail when it came to rooms and overall cleanliness. One of the best we have ever experienced. Service was welcoming and polite, but not exceptional for a place at this standard - specifically the restaurant. It is very much at the end of the Medina, but only a few minutes walk will get you to Bahia Palace. Would recommend for couples looking for a quieter place to stay but still close to the heart of the Medina.

The Riad was lovely, very clean, well appointed and tastefully decorated in the Moroccan style. The pool was great and there were areas to sit round it or in the roof garden. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. They answered questions and gave us advice as to where to go. They presented my husband with a birthday cake without us asking. The Riad was easy walking distance from the Jeema Square and Souks.

From being met by a taxi transfer up until leaving the hotel we had the full help and support of all the hotel staff. They were all incredibly helpful and informative about where to go and what to do. The Riad itself was an oasis of tranquility and relaxation , which of course Marrakesh is not so it was lovely to return to utter calm and peace once back behind the front doors. A lot of attention has been paid to conserving its authenticity and uniqueness. The breakfast was a veritable feast something different every day to try and the waiting on staff were superb. Lunch is also complimentary sandwiches and cakes around the pool and dinner is served in the courtyard with a few choices and there is also a menu du jour with 3 courses to choose from. Wine and beer are available but as in all Marrakesh establishments it comes at a price much higher than in UK but a good standard of wine. Thank you to all the staff who ensured our comfort!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough if staying in Marrakesh. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, offering a level of hospitality that you don't often find. Their genuine care for their guests was evident when we both came down with a stomach bug, due to food elsewhere, the staff kindly provided medication and checked in on us to make sure we were okay and additionally providing rice. They personally took us to a local launderette to ensure we got a fair price. Abdul, the manager, went the extra mile to make sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The hotel itself was a peaceful oasis in contrast to the hustle and bustle just outside. The calm and relaxing atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind after exploring the busy city. Situated close to the centre, everything was mostly within walking distance. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with efficient air conditioning, making our stay comfortable even in the heat. Breakfast each morning was a delight. There was a nice variety of fresh options, and everything tasted great. It was a lovely way to start the day. If staying in Marrakesh, i would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay with outstanding customer service.

Excellent hotel. We had the best room in the hotel with the balcony which over looks the pool. Great service from all staff, we felt very welcomed. Good location. Concierge were very knowledgeable and attentive. Thanks for the little gift ❤️❤️ Surprised with a packed lunch to take away on our last day. Thank you to the restaurant staff who were very attentive to our needs. Loved our stay.

This Riad is in a great location for exploring the Medina. It is also a very beautiful & comfortable oasis when you need some down time. The staff is gracious, attentive, and very willing to answer questions. They even sent us with a cloth shoulder pack of sandwiches, apples & water for a trip we were taking. We highly recommend Anika Ksar Riad!

Awesome Riad
My wife and I stayed 4 nights at Ksar Anika and it was the best riad we stayed at during our trip in Morocco. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They accomodated us with a free breakfast the day we arrived (from a redeye flight) at 8am. They gave us some food for our train ride to Fes when we checked out the last day. All in all, the riad is well maintained, charming, and the staff is great.

It was a pleasure to stay in a beautiful serene Riad. The moment I reached there I was greeted by their kind and pleasant staff with moroccan tea and cookies. My room was big and spectacular and I enjoyed their hammam and spa. I’ll definitely stay their again.

Ksar Anika is a beautiful property. The location is great - convenient but tucked away. The service was impeccable, and the staff was so attentive. We were a family of 4 and we had two rooms. They were beautifully designed, spacious and comfortable. The hotel also gives great free amenities, packed meals and fresh fruit. The breakfast was really nice and plentiful.

A wonderful 5 day stay. The staff were so helpful, kind and nothing was too much trouble. An incredible breakfast and complimentary tea and cake by the pool in the afternoon. A surprise awaited us on our departure. Would definitely recommend and easy access, as the taxi takes you directly to your door - no carrying cases through the Medina.

Our stay was EXCEPTIONAL from beginning to end, absolutely no complaints. Great location to the different points of interest and shopping experiences. Oh and let’s not forget about the above and beyond staff. The customer service was top notch. They were very attentive and will to assist at any given time.
