Great stay!
Great little hotel that is close to everthing. Good value for the quality and cleanliness. There is ample parking and a locked bike shed for guest use. Highly recommend.

Stay anywhere else.
What was originally a 3 night stay was changed weeks prior to a 2 night stay. The hotel made the change happily for me weeks before. And then at checkout they decided that our 2 night stay was dollars less than the three night price!! Their response to me was that some hotels charge more. This hotel is not worth this per night even on a high demand weekend. Parking lot and gas station views with free Costco coffee and granola bars. I am not aloud to post the price, but it was 3.5 times the price of my mackinaw Lake Huron view room!! Total scammers!! The general manager was supposed to call me and still hasn’t.

I’ll start with breakfast provided because reviews seem conflicting on this. The breakfast provided for our stay was abundant and satisfying. There were many options including hot items like eggs & bacon & potatoes, fresh pastries, dairy and steel cut oats. The room was comfortable and clean. The price was reasonable compared to the area. Parking was easy and we walked to restaurants. Excellent location for college visitors but we were tourists and happy with the location as well. We’d stay again.

I do not know if the bottom sheet was changed as there was 2 little spots of blood on the sheet but we were so tired and we put a towel over it and sleit the breakfast was excellent and so was the receptionist when we came in

Our room was super clean and had plenty of space. It was quiet, staff was friendly and the hotel is conveniently located. I found the bed to be a bit too firm to be comfortable but my much younger daughter was perfectly comfortable. Overall it was a good stay!

Great location, adjacent to NMU and walking distance to lots of eating places. Close to downtown (about 15-20 minute easy walk). Parking on site. Excellent front desk, hot breakfast with lots of choices was included.
