It was a nice place to sleep while traveling. Pool area was inviting. Staff was very helpful even while she was very busy. She was the only person checking people in (and there were several of us) and the phone was ringing constantly. She could have used some help at that time of the day!! (Late afternoon). We will stay there again when we travel through Michigan.

The carpet (floor covering) was torn in several places . The room was very small . Bathroom needs some TLC . The bathroom door would not shut. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain . Would not recommend this place

Walls were really thin. Noises of people walking by your room waking you up in the morning. Floors were old with carpet splitting. Doors didn't automatically latch, you had to pull the door hard to get to actual lock.

We had a crazy inner room at this hotel with no outside window. Our room window looked into the hallway where the ice machine was! The room was clean. Overall, we slept fine which is the whole point. The ice machine quieted down around midnight, but we would not stay there again.

Nice, clean room with pretty comfy beds! The bathroom had a heater option, which was cool! Friendly staff and good service. The pool was open late, which is so rare in hotels! They even have a sauna, which was my favorite. I really appreciated the late hours because it gave us time to enjoy the hot tub and pool even after a super full day crammed with activities. Conveniently located and easy to walk or drive to any of the surrounding attractions, hikes and tours!

Great location, only 4-5 blocks to downtown. In-room air conditioner was nice and quiet. Overall property was clean and safe. Daily housekeeping was a definite bonus and completely unexpected .Would stay again.

Smallest room I’ve probably ever stayed in for almost the most I’ve ever paid for a room. Staff unfriendly. TV didn’t work for most of the time there. Hot tub jets barely have any water coming from them. The only mildly redeeming quality, was this hotel still has a working sauna.

Nice size room for our family of 5 with microwave, fridge, plates & silverware. Drippy sink & mold on the bottom of shower curtain were the only complaints. Coffee bar all day in lobby.
