The room was ok, pretty basic. The problem is that the hotel doesn't have enough capacity for the breakfast. There was a queue of guests waiting for tables, there was of course queue to get the food/beverages, some options were missing as well, one type of bread had finished the two days I was there, the orange juice machine stopped working because they needed to empty it and there was nobody to do it, some people had to ask for knifes. Also, they were giving everyone one plastic glove to be used when getting something on the buffet, it just makes things messier and in terms of COVID, I think it's even worse.
