Nila was so gracious and accommodating when I asked for some decaf coffee to enjoy in the evening. She gave me several brew packets for the coffee maker in our room and even poured some creamer for me in a small go cup to use instead of the powder that came in the plastic packaging. This was above and beyond. The room we had looked and smelled clean and the cool air conditioning was a relief from the heat in August. Breakfast was delicious and front desk workers were helpful and kind. Couldn’t ask for a better night’s sleep. They were even kind about our mini Bernedoodle dog! Great experience.

Hotel was fairly nice. Our room was not clean. It is a pet friendly hotel and our bathroom door was covered in dog hair and balls of fur all over the bathroom. The tub was dirty. There was trash and pieces of food by the bed. The coffe/tea maker was in the bathroom along with the container for ice. The coffee maker was filthy and sticky. The cups had something brown on the packaging.

"PLUS" = Pitiful, Lamentable, Unpleasant, Subpar
I have no idea how this place has such a high average rating. The parking lot was in shambles. There was construction debris in the lobby. The lights over the check-in desk was full of dead bugs, and the chairs behind said-desk looked like two angry badgers attempted to destroy them...in 1983. Once in our room, there was soggy drywall oozing next to the bathtub, a 24"x24" gaping hole in a different wall exposing the bathtub plumbing, a dried contact lens stuck to the wall of the bathroom, almost no toilet paper, a sticky door on the bathroom that was nearly impossible to close or open, a faulty HVAC that was either on like a freight train or non-functional, no kleenex/tissues anywhere, and only two wash cloths, three hand towels, and three towels for four people. Oh, and our key-cards only worked on the 12th to 15th attempt. We had a second set made, and had the same trouble. The ONLY small light in this otherwise dark tunnel was Nila at the front desk. She did her best to help us and alleviate some of our issues, but she was no match for the chaos.

One reason I chose to stay here was the pool but I was never able to use it. Why have a pool and its expense only to limit its use? I was in town for a conference and hoped to use the pool early mornings and late evenings but it didn't open until 8 am and closed at 10 pm. Even if I returned before 10 kids were in the pool. No kids after 9 and keep the pool open 24/7 for adults.

The noise from the highway is very loud and the air conditioner is even louder. Coupled with a hard bed and thick lumpy pillows…a good night’s sleep was not possible. Check n was easy and the woman working was great but the bathroom is very dated and though clean, still looked dirty.

Stayed one night because I was tired of driving back and forth to Indy for a 4 day baseball tournament. Check in was great, room was clean, 2 boys enjoyed the pool, quiet even though right off the highway. Breakfast was decent, great price.
