"Cute hotel not far from downtown. Easy to locate with parking. Loved the breakfast but the kitchen staff wasn’t the friendliest. Receptionist was great and very helpful. Rooms were big and spacious. The shower pressure was not the best but I would def stay here again! Pool was very nice but closes at 8:00 pm. "

"Excellent hotel! Very attentive and thoughtful staff - mario was excellent! Very clean and thoughtfully equipped room. The colibri room was a small one for 1 person. After i booked it - they sent me a message explaining that it was not a full sized room - i thought that was so thoughtful. The room still had a fridge, coffee maker, coffee, tea, sugar, cups, a spoon, drinking water, a place for clothes, A/c, etc many windows and good airflow. Of course it’s own bathroom and towels. The only thing it didn’t have was a quilt - but this is not customary here. The property is well located close to the lagoon and restaurants. The pool is a good temperature and well-designed with places to sit in the pool and areas of sun and shade. Everything was very clean and the property felt secure. At the end mario requested a taxi for me and the ride to the ADO was 40 pesos. Thank you to the staff for an excellent stay."
