Small room but clean. Just stayed one night for a concert so really didn't stay in the room long other than sleep. Plus size, had a fridge and single serving coffee machine in the room.

Perfect for a large group of golfers
I brought a 5 of my friends north for a golf weekend. We have historically rented an Airbnb for this yearly event, but we had too many guys. Considered both the Microtel and the Lafayette in downtown Marietta. The Microtel was almost half the price, and included free breakfast. The rooms were clean, the A/C worked fine. The breakfast was a little minimalist (they did have a waffle maker) but, for the price, it was fine. We will consider the Microtel again next year.

The one small issue was paint peeling in the shower. But that is easy to overlook when the rest of the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Exactly what we needed after a long day on the road.

Above average stay.
The hotel had great reviews so we thought we would try it. The room was hot and there were stains on the floors. The front desk worker was awesome when we checked in. Breakfast was good other than no options for gluten free.
