Beautiful room, staff and valet attendants were very nice. The downfall was the pool construction, loud and awful tar smell so the balcony wasn’t very pleasant to be on. But the price was a reflection of that so for the location it was worth it for us. Having the kitchen area was a huge plus! Once the pool is done this resort will be amazing. We had no issues with the a/c or cleanliness of the room. Housekeeping was great.

First time stay here. No one to check us in at 3:30 after traveling all day. Staff member said not until 4:00. Was suppose to have beach chair/umbrella setup. Key reason we booked here. Nope. Had to haul chairs and umbrella from the 12th floor to the beach. NOT a short distance. Makeup mirror in bathroom not working. Shower way too small, could barely turn around. Water pressure so high that it actually hurt. Only valet parking. Asked for parking garage permit, was never told needed room pass key to access their garage, No sign at the gate telling you this either. No signage in garage whatsoever on any of the doors or floors as to where each door led to. Had to play musical doors to figure out which of the 6 let to where we wanted to go in the hotel. Clearly they need a customer satisfaction rep. Noise from pool repair started at 7:30 every morning. Couldnt really sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean.We were celebrating our 35th anniversary.

This is not a property in front of the ocean, you have to walk to the building right next to it to access it. This is a condo they rent so do not expect, restaurants or bars at the location. Tv’s are very old, not smart Tv’s, you can not stream movies here. We were going to stay 4 nights but left after the first night. Not worth it.

Our stay was fabulous. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Not only was the suite very comfortable, they provided details one would need like dishes, cleaning supplies, and even beach chairs and towels. They are located in walking distance to really good restaurants.

Your website did not CLEARLY disclosed that pool not available and the noise from the construction was unbearable! It started early in the morning and stopped after 5 PM!!! Even after complaining the managing company didn’t even apologized…”pass the bucket” was their response…unbelievable!!!
